Job summary

CAA is seeking an assistant to support a senior agent who works with clients in Motion Picture Talent, TV and Theatre. You will provide administrative support, deliver high-level customer service, and solve problems with details and organization.

Candidates should be driven and meticulous; growth toward becoming an agent within the department is possible. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time entertainment industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including heavy phones, calendar management, and travel.
  • Manage client invoicing and accounting.
  • Assist with research and data analysis for current events.
  • Prepare pitch materials and assist in submissions.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and track status.
  • Maintain detailed records of client and executive correspondence.
  • Read scripts, attend shows and provide industry feedback.
  • Assist in new client discovery and signing.
