Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store.
• Ability to recruit, staff, and merchandise to standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with store merchandising by staging, stocking and signage per standards.
• Assists in all aspects of inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follows ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Acts as a role model with company procedures and policies.
• Participates in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensures safe deposit of company funds and cash controls.
• Maintains clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment.
• Operates store in the store manager's absence.
• Reviews operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Completes all required paperwork on time.
