Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Two+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Two+ years of experience in a retail grocery store preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising and stocking to company standards.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store controls.
• Monitor in-stock targets and order practices.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and staff supervision.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and cash controls.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
