You will assist in recruiting, merchandising, and cash handling, ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires excellent customer service and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including deposits.
• Ability to learn IBM register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Some locations may prefer bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and staging of merchandise.
• Assist in inventory management and processing paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations support.
• Participate in opening/closing and cash controls.
