Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support merchandising, stocking and pricing according to SOPs.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Monitor in-stock levels to meet targets and drive sales.
• Provide strong customer service leadership.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in handbooks and SOPs.
• Participate in opening/closing store operations.
• Assist in securing funds and cash controls.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, safe store environment.
• Cover store operations in manager's absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and control expenses.
• Complete all required paperwork on time.
