Job summary

Walgreens Co. in Rogers, AR seeks an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and oversee the front-end store and pharmacy operations.

You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline a team to meet company deliverables while protecting assets and improving profitability. You will lead customer service initiatives, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and coordinate with the Store Manager to implement strategic plans and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or acceptable alternative (Walgreens Internship or HS diploma with experience)
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area
