Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee customer service associates and the front end of the store, including the pharmacy, to optimize overall operations and profitability.

You will work with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences, operations efficiency, and compliant, secure store practices. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, schedule shifts, drive merchandising standards, and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with good academic record.
• Two years supervisory experience with leadership responsibility.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team members; recruit, hire, and manage performance.
• Improve customer experience and handle escalations; model best practices.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and inventory.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to meet company targets.
