Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with leadership abilities and strong communications.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking) except Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store front end and pharmacy operations to meet company goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of team members.
• Coach and discipline employees to maintain engagement and performance.
• Oversee scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure proper staffing.
• Resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
