Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Leader to supervise customer service teams, manage front-end operations and support Pharmacy and Retail store performance.

You will help recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring merchandising standards and asset protection are in place to drive sales and profitability. You will collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic initiatives, scheduling, and daily execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record (all majors welcome).
• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership exposure.
• Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and supports Pharmacy/Retail operations.
• Leads staffing, training, performance management and discipline for direct reports.
• Ensures proper merchandising, asset protection, and drive store sales and profitability.
• Supports Store Manager in planning, scheduling, and store-wide initiatives.
