Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company procedures and policies as outlined in handbook and SOPs.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of all company funds.
• Maintain cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in manager's absence.
• Review operating statements for trends and control opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork per guidelines and deadlines.
