Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• 2+ years' experience in a manager or supervisor role in retail or food service.
• Excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication with a friendly can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
• Team player and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and invite them back.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store personnel.
• Monitor financial transactions and cash/inventory variances.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Prepare weekly product orders and reconcile deliveries.
• Manage foodservice programs to maximize sales.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling.
• Maintain store operations including cash control and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with laws on alcohol, tobacco, and lottery.
• Participate in monthly manager meetings.
