Jacksons Food Stores in Lehi, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Previous leadership experience in food service or retail preferred.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Strong passion for exceptional customer service and a friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol/tobacco (NV only) and able to work around slot machines.
• Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and thanking them.
• Follow and enforce company policy with employees.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling and storage.
• Keep interior/exterior areas clean, including islands and pumps.
• Minimize stockouts by restocking shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Report to work promptly in uniform and prepared.
• Assist in daily deposits and weekly orders as needed.
