You’ll gain hands-on experience across store operations, drive sales and profitability, coach teammates, manage expenses, and oversee merchandising and inventory control to prepare you for an Assistant Manager role. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising teams in retail or food service preferred.
• Able to work a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policies and coach employees.
• Promote store specials and assist with merchandising.
• Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Restock shelves, displays and coolers to minimize stockouts.
• Assist in training new employees and prepare deposits when needed.
• Assist in preparing weekly supplier orders and fuel car services if required.
