Job summary

Buckle seeks an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to join The Shops at Perry Crossing Plainfield store. The role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and maintain exceptional guest service.

The AIT/Assistant Manager will share responsibility for training, mentoring teams, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. This is a progression role with elevated duties as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Experience in retail supervision and team development preferred.
• Understanding of merchandising and sales techniques is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and coaching Teammates.
• Lead by example to drive sales and deliver legendary guest service.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation across the store.
• Coordinate with leadership to meet sales goals and store metrics.
