ALDI Store Manager Trainee program offers hands-on leadership to run a store, manage operations, develop teams, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work side-by-side with associates, learning stock, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while progressing toward store management.This paid full-time program includes extensive training and growth opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Communicates responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees customer service and store standards.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and trainings.
• Manages weekly schedules and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
