Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develops action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel and advancement/termination decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
