Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates duties and expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Collaborates with ALDI staff, customers, vendors and partners to support store goals.
• Leads and supervises the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
