You will manage daily store activities, train staff, maintain standards, and drive customer satisfaction while learning from experienced leaders. This role includes scheduling, compliance, and performance coaching, with a path to store management across ALDI’s growth-focused network.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail preferred.

Aufgaben

• Communicates job responsibilities to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager support.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
• Trains and develops store personnel to achieve maximum potential.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety, and cash handling procedures.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and management reviews.

Ausbildung
