Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in accordance with company policies and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in an open-kitchen setting.
