Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. The Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in the three+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success
