Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. An Assistant Manager assists the operation of a single store, hires and directs associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on development, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
