Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. We provide a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a caring Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

You will assist in operating a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to relocate/store within 50 miles of home.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
