Job summary

You will lead recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling; ensure merchandising, inventory control, and policy compliance across both pharmacy and retail areas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong business ethics and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent reading/writing/speakingAbility.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start.
• Two years of supervisory experience or completed Walgreens internship program.
