Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, completion of LEAP training or willingness to complete it, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, ethics, communication, and business acumen.
• Completion of LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated staff to ensure store goals are met.
• Efficiently manages front end operations and supports pharmacy and retail store profitability.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Analyzes store performance data and uses KPIs to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
