Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Walgreens LEAP or equivalent leadership training preferred.
• Experience leading teams, scheduling, and discipline; willingness to relocate for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Supports Store Manager with the overall operation of the store and pharmacy/retail integration.
• Monitors customer service, provides coaching, training, and develops plans for improvements.
