Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and returns.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service in all areas.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Support leadership actions in the Store Manager's absence.
