Buckle in Barboursville, WV seeks an Assistant in Training/Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations on-site. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, coach Teammates, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

You will participate in recruiting, training and development, while maintaining merchandising standards, executing cash handling, and supporting loss prevention initiatives. This role progresses from AIT with elevated duties over time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Lead by example in sales, merchandising and operations.
