Job summary

Westfield Countryside Buckle in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in creating an exceptional guest experience.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, recruit and develop teammates, and lead by example with strong customer service, showmanship and product knowledge. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with a team.

Responsibilities
