Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs with additional items and wardrobe suggestions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and contribute to store sales goals.
• Provide legendary service in frontline areas: sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates with leadership actions.
