Responsibilities

• Own store P&L ownership and drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure efficient operations and backroom productivity.
• Develop and train managers; foster continuous improvement.
• Create dynamic staff schedules and optimize labor costs.
• Oversee performance processes and succession planning.
• Ensure wage-hour compliance and equal employment opportunities.
• Maintain customer experience with organized, clean store.
• Manage candidate reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and serve as liaison between management and staff.
• Oversee data entry, supply orders, and IT/Facilities tickets.
