Red White & Blue Thrift in Denver is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to participate in a structured program designed to prepare you for assignment as a General Manager. You will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership.

During the MIT, you will train alongside experienced leaders, gain hands-on experience, and develop the competencies needed to drive business

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
• Previous thrift/retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the store's Profit and Loss (P&L) and drive top-line sales and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective management.
• Ensure efficient operations by meeting production quotas and maintaining customer service standards.
• Develop and train the Production Manager and Retail Manager, fostering high performance within the team.
• Create dynamic scheduling to align with business needs and reduce labor costs during slower periods.
• Maintain a fair performance process and document employee performance to build bench strength.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance, human rights, and equal employment opportunities compliance.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service by keeping a clean, organized store environment.
