• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in thrift/retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the store P&L and drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee backroom operations to meet production quotas.
• Develop and coach Production and Retail Managers.
• Create dynamic staff schedules to match demand.
• Maintain compliant HR processes and performance reviews.
• Deliver excellent customer service and store appearance.
