Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift in Florida is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to join a structured program designed to prepare you for assignment as a General Manager. You will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership.

During training, you will work alongside experienced leaders, gain hands-on experience, and develop the competencies needed to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• MS Office proficiency including Teams/Outlook.
• Independent worker who can complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift/retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store's P&L and drive top-line sales and profitability.
• Meet production quotas and maintain high customer service standards.
• Develop and train the Production Manager and Retail Manager.
• Create dynamic scheduling to optimize labor costs.
• Oversee candidate review, onboarding, and hiring processes.
• Manage data entry, supplies ordering, IT/Facilities support tickets.
• Oversee overall store performance and loss prevention.
