Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to participate in a structured program designed to prepare you for assignment as a General Manager. During this training period, you will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by owning store P&L and achieving targets.
• Oversee operations to meet production quotas and maintain service standards.
• Develop and coach the Production and Retail Managers to improve leadership.
• Create dynamic staffing and scheduling to control labor costs.
