The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Mesquite, TX to drive sales and guest satisfaction. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop teammates, coach performance, and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities include leading by example in selling, training staff, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure a smooth store workflow and excellent guest experience.

• Ability to train and motivate teammates and recruit staff.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operations practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead guest services and sales generation to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership.
• Oversee visual merchandising and stock handling; ensure loss prevention practices.
