Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Bend, OR. You will lead sales, training and guest experiences, supervise Teammates, recruit and develop talent, and help manage daily operations to keep the store performing at its best.

In this role you’ll demonstrate showmanship, coaching, and accountability, while upholding Buckle’s standards for service, visual execution, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
