7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our store's hospitality and operations. You will supervise the restaurant team, train and coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining standards.

You will focus on staffing, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety compliance, with a strong promote-from-within philosophy and opportunities for advancement through our training programs.

Formación

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department Standards and company policies.
