Chick-fil-A Chicopee/West Springfield is seeking a Director in Training to build leadership skills while upholding our core values and servant’s heart. You will guide team members in daily operations, model excellent guest service, and help maintain operational excellence as you transition from the Chicopee opening plan to West Springfield in Fall 2026.

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, strong character, and urgency, with prior experience leading a team and a passion for serving others.

Qualifications

Smiles and engages guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintains eye contact and speaks enthusiastically with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong people skills with a desire to serve others and deliver superior service.
At least 1 year of professional experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
Assist in training of new hires and set the shift tone as a role model.
Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
Open and/or close, lead shifts, act as a key holder and manage drawers.
