Chick-Fil-A West Hartford is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to oversee frontline restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will coach, mentor, and manage staff to meet goals while upholding Chick-Fil-A standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Four-year degree and/or proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Demonstrated past leadership experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate and lead other team members.
• Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and improve personal skillset and assist others in the same effort.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Team Members, Team Leaders, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs.

Responsibilities

• Directing the daily operations of the Front of House and supporting restaurant operations.
• Mastery of knowledge and skill of team member positions throughout the front of house, to include order taking, cash management, leading shifts, bagging, window, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety requirements (SERVSAFE).
• Creating training plans and training new team members in all front of house positions.
• Ensuring compliance with Chick-Fil-A West Hartford standards in all areas of operation.
• Ensuring the highest quality food and services are delivered to our guests.
• Be a role model for all West Hartford team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness, organization, and personal accountability.
• Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere.
