Qualifications
- Active Arizona real estate license is required before representing clients.
- Candidates may be currently pursuing their license or newly licensed and seeking training.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Identify potential business opportunities and build a client database.
- Learn prospecting, lead generation, open houses, and follow-up with clients.
- Learn buyer consultations, listing presentations, showings, contract prep, negotiations, and closing.
- Communicate effectively with clients and understand the Phoenix housing market.
