Responsibilities

• Work with buyers: assist buyers through the home search, schedule and conduct showings.
• Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and convert opportunities into appointments.
• Conduct property showings: schedule tours, gather feedback, identify meeting client needs.
• Support buyer consultations: work with experienced agents on buyer needs and financing considerations.
• Learn contracts & negotiations: gain practical experience with offers, timelines, and supervision.
• Build relationships: deliver exceptional service and develop lasting client connections.
• Develop your business: participate in lead generation, prospecting, and team meetings.
