Job description

Entry-Level Real Estate

Who you work with matters.

We are looking for someone excited to begin a career in real estate in the Phoenix area and ready to learn how to build a successful business while earning rewarding commissions once licensed. This opportunity is ideal for someone new to the industry, currently working toward their real estate license, or recently licensed and looking for the right training, coaching, and professional support to get started.

You will learn how to develop relationships with buyers and sellers, identify potential business opportunities, and build a strong foundation through consistent daily activities. From prospecting and lead generation to hosting open houses, following up with prospective clients, and building a database, you will gain practical knowledge of the activities that help real estate agents establish productive careers.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will receive guidance on buyer consultations, listing presentations, property showings, contract preparation, negotiations, and managing transactions through closing. You will also learn how to communicate effectively with clients, understand the local Phoenix housing market, and develop the confidence needed to navigate different real estate situations.

Our training and coaching environment is designed to help you develop strong business habits, improve your sales skills, and understand how to consistently create new opportunities. Through individual coaching, group training, mentorship, and proven business systems, you will learn how to turn conversations into appointments, build lasting relationships, and develop a business centered on repeat clients and referrals.

An active Arizona real estate license is required before representing clients, performing licensed real estate activities, or earning commissions.

If you are ready to get started in real estate and want to learn the business with professional guidance, practical training, and a supportive team in Phoenix, we would like to connect with you.
