BK Healthcare Management provides one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior with children who have Autism.

You will join a strong clinical team, receive paid training to earn your RBT certification, and work part-time with flexible scheduling to fit your commitments while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
