Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABA team as RBTs. The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, implementing evidence-based skill-building plans under supervision.

We provide paid training to earn RBT certification and ongoing support from a strong clinical team. Part-time schedule and flexible hours help you balance commitments while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; we provide training and support to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes and community settings using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
