Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate individuals for in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support with children who have autism. The role offers part-time hours and paid training to help candidates obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before starting services.

You will join a strong clinical team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. Ideal candidates are patient, calm under pressure, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• RBT certification must be obtained before providing services; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families in the process.
