Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans while collecting session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
