Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its methods.
• Ability to monitor budgets, schedules and materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, safety and quality: coordinate with subs, manage reports and site controls.
• Document control and project communications: submittals, RFIs, logs, meeting minutes.
• Scheduling: update progress schedules and plan construction operations.
• Financial management: assist budgets, costs, invoicing, change orders and cost reporting.
• Procurement and commitments: identify subcontractors, issue bid packages, analyze bids, draft subcontracts.
• Estimating: prepare cost codes and labor cost reports.
• Scope and change management: document changes and manage terms.
• Design coordination: review designs for constructability and permits.
• Client relations: assist with client communications and reports.
• Project lifecycle: support start-up, close-out, and inspections.
• Travel as required; may supervise others.
