Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with project managers to plan schedules and manage progress.
• Work in the field with production crews to understand mechanical systems on site.
• Prepare reports and compile project closeout documentation.
• Assist estimators in cost reviews and learn takeoffs and pricing procedures.
• Visit job sites, inspect progress, and resolve issues with contracts.
• Support information flow between project manager, superintendent, GC, suppliers, and vendors.
• Assist management and marketing in nurturing relationships with owners, contractors, and vendors.
• Draft and edit letters, memos, and procedures for review by a Project Manager.
• Communicate project issues to management promptly.
