Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Personal Training Director in Training at our North Little Rock club to lead and develop the Personal Training team while continuing to service clients. This role supports the Director, drives trainer performance, enrollment, and member experience, and builds leadership and operational skills for future advancement.

The position emphasizes onboarding, team coaching, and delivering results through adherence to company standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current NASM or approved certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required; maintain credentials in company systems.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Drive attendance, enrollment, and revenue targets for the department.
• Ensure client documentation, progress reviews, and accountability measures are in place.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and complete onboarding milestones.
