Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or approved Crunch Fitness list) required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Assist in team meetings and 1:1 meetings, providing direction and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness within set timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
